Reserve your place after your application is accepted with a 50% deposit via credit card or wire transfer. For deposits made by wire transfer, we offer a 2.9% discount.

Balance is due 45 days before the retreat. A balance request will be sent a few days before with a link to pay with credit card, wire or PayPal.

We will be in touch with you in the meantime with information and inspiration about the itinerary, Provence, and add-on travel trip suggestions. Don't hesitate to reach out before as you plan your trip. We are here to help 100%! 

CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel after the deposit is charged, we can refund the deposit if you have someone to take your space in which case a 200€ restocking fee, which covers banking fees, will be deducted from the refund, but you will not be liable for the balance. If you decide to cancel after the balance is charged, we can refund the balance if you have someone to take your space in which case a 200€ restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. 

We strongly recommend travel insurance and have provided a convenient link World Nomads insurance below.  In case of unforeseen events, illness, accidents or travel delays causing you to miss the retreat, we will be unable to refund your payments.
