Madame de la Maison on Tory Burch
Tory Burch's team recently reached out to me for a feature on their Tory Daily blog and I was more than honored. Tory Burch is a female entrepreneur I admire and am eagerly waiting for the day she opens her Tory Burch Foundation to international business. I love what she is doing to encourage, educate and empower women in business.
Her team asked me about the start of Madame de la Maison, but the questions that got me into deep thought was when they asked how I embrace ambition and who inspires me. You can visit their blog and read the full post on their site to know my answers.
I also picked out a few items from the Tory Burch Fall/Winter runway collection (hello don't we all need some yellow in these troubling times??) as well as the home collection to mix and match with our linens and antiques. I think it's important to know that loving and using antiques doesn't mean you're living in the past and eating with old dusty things. However using and loving modern items doesn't mean you disregard sustainability. I think the two can and should work together.
You can read the full post on their site here and below are some photos by Krystal Kenney from our brunch. We used the new Bordeaux linens and Gien plates from the shop as well as the mix and match crystal champagne coupes. Hope you will find some inspiration to pin for your next table setting.
