Oval shaped silver-plated serving platter by Felix Frères with running floral pattern around the edge and stylized acanthus leaves for handles. 

Stamped by the manufacturer, Félix Frères, which was founded  in 1875 in Toulouse.  Félix Frères was a family company that closed in 2006 and the factory was taken over by another company that still manufactures silverware with the Félix name, but mainly for catering professional.
